You’re a non-exempt intern with Microsoft and/or Cisco training; you may also be assigned Administrative/Sales responsibilities. You will be assigned either tasks or projects that will vary in nature, including help desk support.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring logs to make immediate recommendations/fixes to customers network
- Spreadsheet generation
- Documentation
- Customer Service
- Others as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Ability to work on Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
- Ability to open and close work-orders
- Ability to review monitoring tools, logs and make immediate recommendations/fixes to customers network
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to correctly interpret and follow work instructions
- Ability to work with clients and engineers
- Ability to juggle and finish multiple tasks
- Ability to work to completion on all tasks and projects
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Be presentable, follow dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- Be prepared to work overtime
