Engineering Intern

Profile:
The Engineering team is a dynamic, bright and passionate team.  They work with the latest, cutting edge technology that is offered by partners.  This is a career opportunity to work along-side and be mentored by the brightest engineers in our industry.

You’re a non-exempt intern with Microsoft and/or Cisco training; you may also be assigned Administrative/Sales responsibilities.  You will be assigned either tasks or projects that will vary in nature, including help desk support.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring logs to make immediate recommendations/fixes to customers network
  • Spreadsheet generation
  • Documentation
  • Customer Service
  • Others as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to open and close work-orders
  • Ability to review monitoring tools, logs and make immediate recommendations/fixes to customers network
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to correctly interpret and follow work instructions
  • Ability to work with clients and engineers
  • Ability to juggle and finish multiple tasks
  • Ability to work to completion on all tasks and projects
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Be presentable, follow dress code and maintain personal hygiene
  • Be prepared to work overtime
