Sales Intern

Profile:
The Inside Sales Department is part of an exciting team that is an integral part of the Sales Organization and the Company as a whole.  We are seeking ambitious, motivated team players with Microsoft and/or Cisco training that are interested in hands-on experience in the industry and in developing your administrative and sales potential.

Responsibilities:
As an Intern Sales Rep you will have the following duties.  Review and complete RFP’s for the sales department.  Create new quotes or proposals for customers through NetXperts’ QuoteWerks for Outside Area Sales Managers in a timely manner and work as a team to ensure the accuracy of these quotes with a NetXperts Software Engineer.  Follow-up for the individual Sales Representatives to ensure the customer has received their quote in a timely fashion.  You may also work with our Distributors to obtain information on products and pricing.  You will assist the Inside Sales team with spreadsheets, RFQ responses and other duties as may be assigned from time to time.  It is critical that you are able to multitask and work to completion on all your projects.

  • Ability to work with the Office Manager, Help Desk, Area Managers in house
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and represent NetXperts professionally
  • Ability to lean areas of the company, understand the company and convey NetXperts business easily to potential clients
  • Ability to pay attention to details and maintain strong administrative skills
  • Have a passion to uncover potential business
  • Driven to meet or exceed goals
  • Team player, works well with all departments
  • Ability to work closely with Area Sales Managers
  • Experience in MS Office, QuoteWerks and CRM
